These terms govern your use of vishalwealthview.com ("the site"), its calculators, research reports and the Strategy Lab subscription ("the services"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
The site provides educational tools for personal finance: calculators, research write-ups, and Strategy Lab — a historical backtesting simulator for indices, stocks, mutual funds, crypto and commodities. The services show how a rule would have performed on past data. They do not predict future returns and they are not investment advice. See the Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
Nothing on the site is a recommendation to buy or sell any security, fund or asset. The operator is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions, and you should consult a SEBI-registered adviser before acting on anything you read or calculate here.
Some features need an account. You agree to give an accurate email address, to keep your password confidential, and to be responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us at vishalvealthview@gmail.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close an account that is used to break these terms, to abuse the services, or to attempt unauthorised access.
Strategies you save enter a public leaderboard by default. On premium you can keep a strategy out, or withdraw it later. An entered strategy may be shown to other visitors, ranked against other entries by its backtested results, and loaded by other users into the Strategy Lab. Backtested results show how a rule would have performed on past data. They are not a record of real trades, not a promise of future returns, and not a recommendation by you or by us.
You keep ownership of the strategies you enter. You allow us to show, rank and share them on the site until you withdraw or delete them. You are responsible for any description you write: keep out personal details, contact information and promotion, or we may remove it.
Research Analyst accounts are for research analysts registered with SEBI. By entering a strategy, an analyst confirms that their registration is valid and that what they publish meets the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, including the disclosures those rules require. We show the analyst's registered name, company and SEBI RA number with each entry, with SEBI's standard disclaimer. We may remove a listing if we cannot verify the registration.
Strategy Lab premium is a recurring monthly subscription at the price shown on the Plans page at the time you subscribe. Payments are collected by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Prices may change, and we will tell you before a change applies to your renewals.
Cancellation and refunds are covered by the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
You may use the services for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute or republish the data, reports or outputs as your own product; scrape or bulk-download the site or its APIs; attempt to bypass the paywall or access another person's account; or interfere with the operation of the site.
Market data on the site comes from public and third-party sources, and some index series are approximations traced from published charts rather than official provider feeds. Figures may contain errors and may be out of date. Verify anything important against the official source before relying on it.
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access and may change, suspend or withdraw any feature.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any investment loss, loss of profit, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the services in the three months before the claim.
The site, its content, and the simulator and its outputs are owned by the operator. Backtest results you generate are yours to use for your own decisions; the underlying tools and code are not.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
